This buyer purchased a power board from a working TV. After the purchase, I reviewed their feedback to see what kind of buyer they were, and sure enough, they had left numerous negative reviews claiming that sellers had sent them “defective boards.”
Right away, I felt I should cancel the order. However, with eBay making it so difficult to get in touch with a representative these days, I had little choice but to ship the item and hope for the best.
Fast forward to today: the buyer messaged me this morning claiming the board was defective. What makes this suspicious is that the message was sent at 8:28 a.m., yet the tracking shows the item was not delivered until 10:22 a.m.
I strongly suspect something shady is going on with this buyer. Shortly after we responded to their message, they opened a return request.
