Q: When will my order be shipped?
- Your order will be shipped asap. Usually within the first 24-48 hours after payment is received.
Q: My order was shipped but I have not received it yet, what do I do?
- Head on over and Contact Us asap if you do not receive your item 7 days after tracking information is uploaded.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
- You can pay with PayPal or all major credit cards ie. Visa and MasterCard.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States of America?
- No, we currently only ship within the United States of America.
Q: Can you combine my order into fewer boxes?
- Yes, we always ship items with the least amount of boxes as we can depending on the item and size.
Q: Can I cancel an order that I have already paid for?
- Yes, as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet. Head on over and Contact Us.
Q: My item was damaged, what do I do now?
- Head on over and Contact Us to let us know what happened. Be sure to include photo’s of the outside of the box and the item(s) damaged. So we are able to file a claim and get you your refund.
Q: I am not happy with the item I received, how do I get a refund?
- You’re able to return your item as long as it’s not been 7 days from the date the item was delivered. Make sure you send the item back in the same condition you received it in, not missing any items, pieces or packaging. Return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer.
