Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a partial refund, full refund or exchange.

NEW Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

USED Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if any. Any additional accessories also must be included.

Opening a return

You must include a printed copy of the receipt of purchase. Not including this slip of paper in your return will void your return.

Do NOT ship your item back to us without prior authorization. Failure to adhere to this request will result in your item being denied deliver and sent back to you with no refund.

Non-returnable items

There are several types of goods that we cannot accept returns on which include:

    • Flowers
    • Newspapers
    • Magazines
  2. Intimate (Adult related)
  3. Sanitary goods
  4. Hazardous materials
  5. Flammable liquids
  6. Gases
  7. Gift cards
  8. Downloadable products
  9. Health, Beauty and personal care products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your return is approved you will receive a credit applied automatically to the source of payment. Your source of payment will vary when your funds will post to your account.

Sale Items: We cannot refund products that were on sale and purchased at an on sale price.

Exchanges: We do not do exchanges.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Restock fees: We do not have restock fees.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We suggest using Pirate Ship or an alternative service where you can get cheaper rates than shipping directly from USPS. However this is entirely up to you. We also suggest including additional insurance if the item exceed $100.

Charge backs

Processing a charge back from your credit card company will result in a mandatory $50 fee applied. Collection agencies will then follow there after if this fee is not paid.
